You will get to view your full-sized edited photo before you approve payment. You will also see that the proof will be watermarked till your approval and payment is received.

How to approve the work?

To approve the work, simply click the button "Accept and download" on your photo's "View Detail" page. You will then be given access to the final, full-sized photo that has been edited by our staff.

What if it's not quite right?

If you're not happy with the edited photo, let us know with your quality rating! You can then send your job back to our editors to get it right, by clicking on the button "Send back to editor". We'll be happy to do what it takes to make sure you're satisfied with the job. Questions? Just visit the contact us page and let us know.

How do I retrieve my edited photo?

At the point of your approval of the work, your credit card is charged. The final, full-sized photo will be available for download by you, and you're free to show off your new self or submit more photos to fix up.
