How do I submit my photo(s)? You can submit your photos entirely online. Your photos and editing requirements will be kept on our server and ready for our editors to work on. What type of payment is accepted? We accept PayPal payment and credit card payment via PayPal. As part of the photo submission, you will need to enter your payment information into PayPal's system. If you have an account with PayPal you can use it. Otherwise you can enter your credit card information. All this information will remain with PayPal. You only authorize PayPal to keep your payment information during the order process, and you will not be charged until you are completely happy with the results online and have downloaded the full size photos. How can I be sure my credit card information is safe? All transactions related to credit card submission is handled by PayPal, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), preventing them from being tampered or eavesdropped. Your payment information will remain with PayPal. We do not have any knowledge of this information. What photo formats are accepted? We accept most photo formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, etc.). If in doubt, you can always try to upload the photos and will know immediately if they are accepted by our system or not. How will I know when my photos are ready for review/collection? You will be notified by email when our editors have finished editing your photos. You can then log into your account to review them. When will I be charged? When you submit your photo(s), you enter your payment preference into PayPay's system. This will essentially authorize PayPal to verify if your payment information is valid, and allow us to charge you for the service once you are completely happy with the results. What if I am not happy with the photo editing results? We endeavor to edit the photos according to your specified requests. However in the unlikely event that the result is not what you expect, you can leave your comments online and submitted it back to us so that we can make the necessary changes until you are satisfied. Remember we are only happy when you are happy. What is your processing time? We generally can get the job done within a few hours, but for complicated jobs that can be up to 24 hours. It also depends on whether we need to clarify any requirements from you or not. Therefore your precise instructions will help us do our job more quickly. Why are your services cheap? Our online photo editing services are cheaper than our competitors because we keep the cost low, and have a smaller profit margin. We do business exclusively online and therefore do not pay office rental. Our system automates all administrative work that are generally handled by administrative staff. These cost savings help us to keep our price very competitive.
